Waka:  Waka is a 31 syllable poem for contemplation.


Breath Counting Meditation: Simple and relaxing Zen inspired. Great for beginners.


Gassho Meditation: Gassho means ‘two hands coming together’, as in prayer position, with hands held slightly above the heart. Gassho mudra is a sign of reverence, representing respect, harmony, and oneness. Said to clear the mind & calm the spirit.

Guided Meditations for Mindful Living

Joshin Kokyu Ho: Means ‘cleansing breath with focused mind’. Practice it to stimulate your connection with the flow of Reiki.  If you have high blood pressure, heart problems, asthma or are pregnant, practice this exercise for no more than 2-3 minutes at a time.


Seishin Toitsu Ho:  Increases your ability to concentrate. Helps to focus the mind, develop sensitivity in the hands and strengthen your connection to the hara.
